Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: To all EU countries, Great Britain (due to customs regulations, the Channel Islands are excluded) and Switzerland.



Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 9,90 € per order.

In case of deliveries to the German Islands, an island surcharge of 13,95 € is charged on the dispatch costs.

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Item dependent shipping costs:
- Shipping 4-piece iron ring for round bale hay net: 29,90 €
- Shipping iron ring for round bale hay net up to 150cm: 59,00 €
- Shipping iron ring for round bale hay net from 150cm: 99,00 €
- Shipping stainless steel tube chute: 350,00 €

All other bulky goods will be shipped by forwarding agency and charged as follows:

up to 40 kg = 30,00 €
over 40 kg up to 60 kg = 49,00 €
over 60 kg up to 80 kg = 80,00 €
over 80 kg up to 120 kg = 129,00 €
over 120 kg = 169,00 €

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
up to 40 kg : 98,00 €
over 40 up to 60 kg : 149,00 €
over 60 up to 80 kg : 180,00 €
over 80 up to 120 kg : 229,00 €
over 120 up to 250 kg : 269,00 €

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
