These splicing needles are a tool for easy and fast splicing of hollow braided ropes or ropes without core from 4mm - 14mm diameter.
The detailed splicing instructions for hollow braided cordage with many pictures are easy to follow even for non-experts. Neat eye splices without visible "brushes" for example on lines for pull nets, buoy lines, boat mooring lines etc. are done in minutes. Remaining lengths can be easily joined together with the splicing needles to form an unrestrictedly usable rope. Apart from a slight thickening, nothing is visible at the splice.
