Robust running rope made of coconut (natural fibre), braided with a diameter of approx. 150 mm.
Inside there is a 10 mm steel cable, at the ends of which various connections can be pressed on.

Note: In the pictures with the bindings, a Hercules rope has been used instead of a pure steel rope, but is otherwise identical.
